Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after you placed your order. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number and additional information about how to check up on your order. Currently we ship products directly from our warehouse located in Santa Fe Springs, California. Express shipping typically arrives in 4-7 days once shipped. Standard shipping times vary but usually arrive within 8-14 days once shipped.

Delivery time depends on your location and, for international customers, your country’s customs protocols. Some countries may have stricter rules for inspecting parcels. Couriers can delay some deliveries. We do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.

Standard shipping will provide a delivery scan upon delivering the package. We will consider this as a delivered package and will not accept refunds if you state the package was lost or stolen. Express shipping companies will require your signature upon delivery which will make it more secure and reliable. Please note that we do not deliver packages to PO box addresses.

All products purchased from our Website (www.chufunyu.com) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not able to reship packages that are undelivered for any reason (undeliverable as addressed, not picked up at the post office in time) and returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Customs

The customer is responsible for all customs fees. If the customer's country or region charges fees (import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc.), the customer must pay the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the post office or courier service provider.

We are not responsible for any customs delivery delays. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
